This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 4dno platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any offered services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 4dno platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document without exception. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the 4dno platform.
The 4dno platform may only be used by individuals 21 years or older who are legal residents or citizens of Malaysia eligible under the law to participate in online betting and entertainment. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
4dno reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & User Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of 4dno services, users are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each individual may only hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, users must provide their full name, valid email address, active phone number, and other required information. Submitted details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
Password Security
Users are fully responsible for keeping their passwords and account login details confidential. 4dno will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication channel outside the official platform.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 4dno support team immediately via our official email. Any losses arising from a user's own failure to maintain account security are the sole responsibility of that user.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
4dno users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities, manipulation, or abuse including attempts to hack or breach 4dno’s systems.
- Sharing accounts, granting access to third parties, or using someone else’s account without authorization.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized technical methods to interact with the platform.
- Distributing any unlawful, obscene, threatening, or rights-infringing content through the platform.
- Placing bets or transactions using funds obtained illegally or through money laundering activities.
- Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized profits.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, confiscation of the account balance, and, if necessary, legal action by 4dno.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 4dno platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers, and local e-wallets listed in the platform's finance section.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to limits set by 4dno from time to time and may change without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking the current limits before making any transactions.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified by the 4dno finance team. Any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers are beyond 4dno's control.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Any bonuses, promotions, or special offers provided by 4dno are subject to specific terms stated with the offer. Bonuses cannot be directly redeemed for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
4dno reserves the right to cancel any bonuses granted to users found abusing promotional systems or violating related terms. Suspected exploitation of bonus programs may result in account reviews or temporary suspensions.
Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
4dno Liability Limits
4dno is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to lost betting funds, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.
The 4dno platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding service continuity, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension and Closure
4dno reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time at our sole discretion, where there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, failed identity verification, or any other reason deemed valid by management.
Users whose accounts are closed for violating terms may be ineligible to recover their account balances. Appeals can be submitted through official 4dno support channels and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 4dno platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4dno and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Any reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The 4dno platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 4dno is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and makes no guarantees about their content.
What Happens If These Terms Change in the Future?
4dno reserves the right to modify, add, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated at the top of this document.
The laws governing these terms and conditions are those of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
